How do I clean my piece?

Wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry. Wear with confidence.

How long does it take?

Most items are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for dying. All sales final; however, we want all of our customers to wear their pieces proudly – so we will send you an image of your actual item for approval before it is delivered to you. Within reason, adjustments can be made. We’ve tried our best to get accurate pictures of the colors, but often the shades differ depending on the light. Please read color description

Why is each item unique?

While the process and colors are the same, the differences in patterns that appear when the colors blend together will always be distinct. Most of our items are dyed with ice and the ice melts in different directions each time depositing color in its path.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we love custom orders! We will work closely with you to identify the colors and look you would like. All sales are final; however, we want all of our customers to wear their pieces proudly – so we will send you an image of your actual item for approval before it is shipped out. Within reason, adjustments can be made.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We think you'll love what we make for you. However, we do realize things happen! At this time, all sales are final but we will do our very best to make sure you are happy. If you are not 100% satisfied, please email me at nicole@bluefire-designs.com.
